For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "92rbet" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting service operated at 92rbet.net and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and digital interfaces.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an account on 92rbet or who accesses the Platform for any purpose.
• "Account" means the registered user account opened by a Player on 92rbet, through which all gaming and financial transactions are conducted.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a Player's 92rbet account wallet, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet amounts, or matched deposit bonuses credited to an account by 92rbet, which are subject to separate bonus terms and conditions.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, or any other wagering product available on 92rbet.
• "Services" means all products, features, games, betting markets, payment processing functions, and support channels made available by 92rbet.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process conducted by 92rbet in compliance with its licensing obligations and anti-money laundering responsibilities.

To open an account and use 92rbet services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. 92rbet strictly enforces this age threshold and will request documentary proof of age at any stage of your account lifecycle.
2. You must be a natural person registering on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and organisations may not register personal gaming accounts.
3. You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method.

By completing registration on 92rbet, you warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you meet the eligibility criteria above. You accept ongoing responsibility to notify 92rbet immediately if your eligibility status changes at any point during your account tenure.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on 92rbet at any given time. The opening of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 92rbet login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are active will be treated as authorised by you, regardless of whether that activity was carried out personally by you.

• You must use a strong, unique password and change it if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Deposits: All deposits made to 92rbet are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless you are depositing in cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20), in which case the PKR equivalent is calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of credit. • Results for casino games, including slots, live blackjack, baccarat, and roulette, are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems. These results are final and cannot be disputed on grounds of expected probability outcomes.

92rbet offers welcome bonuses, deposit match promotions, free bets, cashback programmes, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All promotions are governed by these general Terms & Conditions, supplemented by the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

General bonus conditions that apply to all 92rbet promotions unless otherwise specified:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who meet the stated qualification criteria (e.g. minimum deposit amount, first deposit only, minimum odds, eligible payment method).
• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The standard wagering multiplier and any game contribution restrictions are stated within each promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds expire if the stated wagering requirement is not completed within the bonus validity period. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account without compensation.

• Exploiting software errors, system bugs, or pricing mistakes on the Platform to place bets or wagers at materially incorrect odds or stakes. Profits from such exploitation are not payable and will be reversed.
• Money laundering, placement of funds of criminal origin, or any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
• Providing false or misleading information at any stage of registration, KYC verification, or customer support interaction.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure, including its servers, databases, or security systems.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker rooms, or any competitive gaming environment to gain an artificial advantage.

All content on the 92rbet platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, brand name, game interfaces, graphics, text content, software, and proprietary betting tools — is the exclusive intellectual property of 92rbet or its licensed third-party content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 92rbet platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content from 92rbet without prior written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on 92rbet branding, game designs, or platform architecture.
• Use the 92rbet name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context without express written permission.
• Reverse engineer any software component of the 92rbet platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 92rbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

92rbet does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to its services. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond 92rbet's reasonable control, including telecommunications outages affecting Pakistani networks. 92rbet accepts no liability for losses arising from system downtime during active gaming sessions, provided that reasonable notice of scheduled maintenance is given where practicable.

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time.

Termination by you: You may close your 92rbet account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your nominated payment method within five working days of account closure confirmation, subject to standard KYC checks.

Termination by 92rbet: 92rbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, and withhold balances pending investigation, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Discovery that the account holder is a 92rbet employee or immediate family member of an employee.
• Ongoing regulatory or legal obligations that require account restriction.

If you have a dispute or complaint regarding any aspect of your 92rbet account, a bet settlement, a payment, or any other service matter, you should follow this escalation process:

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking interim injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm pending the resolution of a dispute through the processes described in Section 12.
